Kate operated as part of a global finance team for 4 years. From the moment she joined the organization, she hit the ground running, turning over old processes and questioning procedures that had not been questioned for far too long. Her passion, energy and drive to improve business processes, all the while ensuring utmost accuracy, surpasses any team member I have yet to work with in my entire 17 year career.

One of her many accomplishments with the team included her taking full project management ownership of the establishment of a worldwide TV dubbing deal negotiation process, incorporating ideas and concepts from all relevant parties (e.g. operations, legal, technical, 3rd party studios). She created databases to better analyze results and formalized the process through the use of templates and reporting tools which created massive efficiencies both internally and externally and resulted in material financial savings to our customers.

Basically, every task, project or process that Kate touched was improved in some way. Her communication skills, both written and verbal are top notch and she is able to tailor her delivery to audiences of varying levels with ease.
